Don’t Let The Seagulls Have All The Fun …

… come to the Cromer Crab Festival between 21 and 23 May, cleverly timed to coincide with Cromer Is So Bracing 2010, an informal gathering of blogtastic types. Confirmed attendees include, notwithstanding inasmuch as which, Mr G. S. of Glasgow, Mr F. N. of Mill Hill, and my venereal colleague Professor Trellis of North Wales, who’ll enjoy some light rock-pooling from the Maison Des Girrafes Marine Biology Research Station beach hit, and (noblesse oblige) fish’n'chips on the pier.

This reminds me that walking through a plaza in Buenos Aires, Argentina, two days ago I saw a Scottish bard in Independence Square. I asked of the festival in Cromercrox Is So Bracing 2010, if he knew, he said no!. Here is the picture of the Bard….http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/4881/bardo.jpg

There was a slight misunderstanding about my accomodation at The Grove (in Cromer), but cleared this up yesterday with folks there. Must now book Edin. accom. for 20 May before my VERY early flight to Norfolk Int. the next day.

  11. Alejandro says:

Cromercrox – Is possible or can be reached by boat or submarine at Cromer?

  12. Barn Owl says:

Don't eat any mushy peas for me!:-PWould have been fun to "plant" some crocheted marine invertebrates in the tidepools – maybe I'll have a chance to do that someday. Most of them are made from acrylic yarn, so seawater wouldn't permanently injure them (they might lose their shape temporarily, though).

  13. cromercrox says:

@ Alejandro – Cromer is on the coast, and can be reached by boat or submarine.@ Barn Owl – we're thinking of you. The Croxii were sad to learn that you won't be able to be there this year.

  14. Graham Seel says:

And for those of you who are unable to attend in person, here's how you can follow events, virtually:- http://steelgraham.posterous.com/cromer-is-so-bracing-2010-cisb10

  15. Frank Norman says:

We should be there about midday Fri 21st. Am I correct in thinking that Mr G.S. is the only other delegate? Where/when should we congregate for the first plenary?
