If only all my other written ramblings could come back with comments so quickly&#8230;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>So it is really, really lovely to have any of my blog buddies give me a blog award. I am feeling the love this week though with multiple awards:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/candidatemodels.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/and-id-like-to-thank.html\">Stepwise Girl <\/a>gave me this one:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_Xjsb8ObOj0k\/SKyIel2HBtI\/AAAAAAAAAas\/Zj-1EdJUS3Y\/s400\/award2.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>while <a href=\"http:\/\/girlyscientist.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/passing-it-on.html\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">ScienceGirl<\/span><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/2postdocswalkintoabar.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/somebody-reads-our-blog.html\">Dr. A \/ Dr. J<\/a> gave me this one:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_Xjsb8ObOj0k\/SKyIe79m-3I\/AAAAAAAAAa0\/Gjt7HwzwXDo\/s400\/award.bmp\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Thank you, all of you! You&#8217;re all awesome. <\/p>\n<p>I read a LOT of blogs, and my &#8220;friends and favourites&#8221; folder in Google Reader is huge. I see that many of them have already been given one or other of these awards, so in an attempt to share the love as widely as possible, I&#8217;ll do my best not to duplicate!<\/p>\n<p>I pass both these awards on to:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/arduousblog.blogspot.com\/\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Ruchi<\/span> aka Arduous<\/a>, who is an inspiration. Can&#8217;t wait to read your London posts, <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Ruchi<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/goingtohellforthis.blogspot.com\/\">Crystal<\/a>, who I hope won&#8217;t mind if I call her adorable!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/infinitescience.blogspot.com\/\">Infinite Science<\/a>, who is a real-life friend as well as a blog buddy and writes the kind of posts that I shy away from as requiring far too much thought.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/uphilldowndale.wordpress.com\/\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Uphilldowndale<\/span><\/a>, who takes wonderful photographs and is a great story teller. I haven&#8217;t quite figured out exactly where she&#8217;s based, but it&#8217;s not a million miles away from &#8220;home&#8221; (York).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/okham.livejournal.com\/\"><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Okham<\/span><\/a>, whose infamous <a href=\"http:\/\/okham.livejournal.com\/11018.html#cutid1\">washing machine post <\/a>is worthy of several awards all of its own. Oh, and sometimes there&#8217;s physics.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isisthescientist.blogspot.com\/\">Isis the Scientist<\/a>, who is a new addition to my favourites folder. I am in awe. Seriously.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/digitalcuttlefish.blogspot.com\/\">Digital Cuttlefish<\/a>, who has made a very welcome return to blogging this week after a couple of months away.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Awardees<\/span>, here are the official &#8220;instructions&#8221;:<\/p>\n<p>1. Put the logo on your blog<br \/>2. Add a link to the person who awarded it to you<br \/>3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs<br \/>4. Add links to these blogs on your blog<br \/>5.
