The table of countries that were actually picked by commenters is below. If I&#8217;ve navigated my way through Google Documents properly, you should be able to see the whole spreadsheet <a href=\"http:\/\/spreadsheets.google.com\/pub?key=pT-rYTXxHXplqOCPlOZ2INw\">here<\/a>.
