I still cook like a student at least half the time &#8211; lots of pasta and stir fries. So here&#8217;s my quick&#8217;n&#8217;easy alternative to the lovely but fancy <em>amuse bouche<\/em> recipes from <a href=\"http:\/\/isisthescientist.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/isis-versus-physioprofrecipe-war-entry.html\">Dr. Isis <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/physioprof.wordpress.com\/2008\/08\/31\/recipe-war-week-1-amuse-bouche\/\">PhysioProf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>Assorted hot peppers. A mix of fresh green jalapenos and pickled red and yellow banana peppers works well for me.<br \/>Cream cheese.<br \/>Smoky bacon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions: <\/strong><br \/>Cut peppers in half. Stuff halved peppers with cream cheese. Wrap each half pepper in half a rasher of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Bake at 375F until the bacon is cooked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beverage suggestion:<\/strong><br \/>Beer.<\/p>\n<p>See?
