(giggle).<\/p>\n<p>Later:<\/p>\n<p>Linden: Knock knock<br \/>Mr E Man: Who&#8217;s there?<br \/>Linden: Apple<br \/>Mr E Man: Apple who?<br \/>Linden: &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Pumpkin apple! (giggle giggle).<\/p>\n<p>Another attempt:<\/p>\n<p>Linden: Knock knock<br \/>Mr E Man: Who&#8217;s there?<br \/>Linden: Apple<br \/>Mr E Man: Apple who?<br \/>Linden: Running apple!
