Propter Doc is tickled pink to find that she is INTJ. Strangely, so is her partner. I say ‘strangely’ because INTJs do not usually interact well with each other, unless, say, they’re battling for world domination.
The INTJ personality type is suited to the scientific career. Some traits of the INTJ can be hard to distinguish from autism, which again seems to lend itself to scientific endeavour. I do wonder if INTJs are over-represented in the scientific population, and whether science attracts these people or just repels mundanes?
(If all this is nonsensical to you, tough. STFW, OK? Naw, seriously, check here, here and here.)
When I last did MBTI I came out as very strongly ENTJ and was interested to be on the course with another guy who worked for the civil service. He was ENTJ and once ran an entire team of ENTJ’s which apparently just went around oblitifying problems.
I was particularly impressed he’d managed to keep control of a whole bunch of them as I know I don’t get on with other ENTJs… Also apparently the most desirable personality type for MBA courses… Make of that what you will!
Hey I wasn’t aware that you moved … nice digs, does NPG let you have a blogroll?
Hi Alex 🙂
I haven’t moved totally. The Labrats is still going. The blogging software here is pretty basic, but ‘homegrown’. Apparently there’s moves afoot to upgrade it substantially, but at the moment no, I don’t think there is a blogroll.
