I am in heaven.
They’re sweet, but not overly so, and with a definite tea taste. They are also very addictive, and surprisingly strong.
Woo hoo! TEA CANDY! YEAH! CAFFEINE AND SUGAR! YAY!

I’ve never seen those here in the US. Hey, if you can send me one and I like it, I’ll agree it’s okay to put tea, milk, and whatever-the-hell-you-want in tea. What do you say? 🙂
And they have anti-oxidants so you obviously can’t go wrong.

I have never seen the candy. I didn’t know what it was…. so I asked… but I am still not wiser (that might take a while) 🙂
They sure look like they would taste a whole lot better than the caffeine mints! I think I would miss the “hot liquid” part of my tea though, perhaps because my office is always freezing.
Chall, sorry, it was the mention of crisps and chips that threw me off! These are just hard candies.SG, caffeine mints?! I’ve seen caffeinated beer (Molson Buzz), but I don’t think that trend lasted more than a couple of weeks.The sweets are not a replacement for proper tea, but they are very very tasty.
Hmm, I will be persuaded if they make a candy version of Southern Sweet Tea. I’ll then need you to send round some money so I can go to a dentist to have my teeth taken out immediately.

Hermitage, I am in danger of needing a dentist myself…MH, I hadn’t thought of customs! I wonder if it would be easier to send a whole unopened pack? I’ll see if I can find some rules posted somewhere.
It is pretty easy to mail candy to people. When I lived in Australia, my mom would mail me care packages that included all kinds of candies, cookies (packaged) and other fun things. I do the same now with some Canadian friends living in Australia (in return for Tim Tams, Burger Rings, etc). A package might work best, but it shouldn’t be an issue.Maybe you might be nice enough to provide me with a sample?

Mmmm, burger rings…kind of like crisps, but they are ring shaped (so I guess are really a preformed substance of some type) that taste a bit like a hamburger. Sounds icky, now that I type it, but they are pretty good!I am loving the tea candy. Perfect for late afternoon sugar crashes.
