No responses to my letters yet, but my MP, Don Davies, did have an article criticising prorogation in the Georgia Straight (our weekly free paper), and I gather from Facebook that he’ll be attending the rally (now set for 1pm on Saturday January 23rd at the Vancouver art gallery).

    Well, that was a well written thing (imho). Easy enough to make out why he and others are upset and why the PM is making the wrong decision…I just hope that something changes for you guys. And that the next people in power will amke a big difference in how to handle things like this.(still being sort of an optimist on the political side of things, obviously. Thinking that people would have things like spines, integrity and standing by their word.)

    Thanks Chall, we're trying! I have a response to my letter to Don Davies now. It was a really good one! I just need to get his permission to post it here (should have thought of that earlier… can't imagine he'd mind though…?)
