    I had a friend who collected photos of these things (manhole covers) from around the world. Most were boring. These would have made him very excited!

    Richard, it’s all about the benefits of public art, innit? It is nice to see them come up all shiny in the rain. Especially the bubble ones – I like the frogs, too, but the bubbles catch the eye better.
